About this place:
North Myrtle Beach is a nine-mile stretch of the Atlantic Coast in the northeastern corner of South Carolina. The city was formed in 1968 by the consolidation of four small beach cities: Cherry Grove, Ocean Drive, Crescent Beach, and Windy Hill Beach.
North Myrtle Beach offers lots of wide, clean coastline and warm weather. Millions visit each year to soak up the sun and play in the waves. Sportsmen love to fish from the famous Cherry Grove Fishing Pier and take advantage of more than 120 golf courses. The area is full of family fun and dining, and there is a very active nightlife, as well.
