The Magic Forest Theme Park in Lake George has a great collection of modified "Muffler Men". These roadside giants are a disappearing species.
About this place:
The Magic Forest is generally for younger kids, I would say six and under. But if you're like me and are only interested in the kitschiness of the place, it is free to get in the weekend before Memorial day, after that there is an admission fee. There are paths that meander through the woods situated with all manner of fairy tale characters (some charming, some creepy). There are also barnyard animals, including Santa's reindeer, but the best is the nations only diving horse show!
