About this place:
Coloane is the furthest of Macau's two islands from the main part of the city which lies on the Chinese mainland, although land reclamation has now joined it to the other island, Taipa. The village of Coloane itself still retains a pleasant feelr, although who knows how long before Macau's 'development' will spoil it to.
