On display at the Castle Air Museum, Atwater, California
Located on the former Caste Air Force Base, which was home to a squadron of Strategic Air Command B-52 prior to decomissioning. The museum has a very good collection of aircraft, including a B-17, B-52, a B-29, a ten-engined B-36, and an SR-71 spy plane. Because of the relatively remote location outside Tracy, California, the Castle Air Museum is rarely crowded, except during the once-a-year "open cockpit" days (often in May), when the interiors of the museum's aircraft are open for display.
