They've been making sherry at Gonzalez y Byass winery, at Jerez, Spain in the heart of Andalusia, since the 1830's. So they obviously know from sherry. The landscape that surrounds the town is a vista of undulating foothills covered with olive groves. The winery produces some of the most sought sherries in the world. They also have a restaurant there that does amazing tapas.
