Coffee, Coconuts and Toast: a finer balanced breakfast is hard to conceive of. Giulietta, the proprietor of my favorite coffee shop in all of San Francisco keeps life interesting for her customers. The place is small and charming and full of fantastic people. The coffee is amazing, the espresso is even more amazing, coconut water balances it out, toast creates comfort. Walk to the ocean, it's good for you.
