Canyon de Chelly is a National monument that is within the Navajo Nation and is in partnership with the National Park Service. Most of the land is off limits unless you are with a park ranger, or a Navajo guide, but you can see plenty from the ridge road that runs along it. You can get a good picture of Spider Rock, and 800 foot high spire that pokes up from the canyon floor.
