Description

Ukha isn't actually a place... it's a food. Ukha is a type of Russian fish soup made with Omul fish. Omul is a fish endemic to Lake Baikal (in cas you're scratching your head, that means Omul is *only* found in Lake Baikal, and not anywhere else in the world). It's a little scary looking - I was told that you know the fish is cooked when they eye pops out of the socket! However, despite it's appearance, it's actually quite a tasty dish.
