The Hotel Hannong is a 3 star historic hotel in the heart of the capital of Europe, Strasbourg, France. I spent one night there and we quickly found out that the main attraction of the hotel is its wine bar with an extensive selection of Alsatian wines. We got to know in the evening the bar chef, a brilliant and smart young guy passionate about wine: Eric, knows about all the Alsatian wine specialties and he will make you laugh and cry at the same time. He just can't stop telling stories and make you drink good wine!
