My husband is Lebanese and this was my first trip to his homeland...not only to meet my new family, but to see sites like Ba'albeck. As a Cultural Anthropology major & photography minor, Ba'albeck was at the top of my MUST-SEE list. We went on my 21st birthday...and it was ridiculously hot. While resting in the shade of the Temple of Jupiter after shooting 6 rolls, I looked up and spotted this tourist boy...just waiting for me to snap him. This shot brings back the whole day for me; better than I could have imagined.
