Even though Pagyesa is a small temple, it is definitely well worth a visit if you're in the Daegu area.
About this place:
Pagye Temple (Pagyesa) is located just north of Daegu on Palgong Mountain (Palgongsan). This Buddhist temple was founded in 804AD, although all of the structures on site have been reconstructed numerous times over the years. Nonetheless, this small temple is quite attractive and visitors will be impressed by the peaceful atmosphere. This temple can be reached by bus #401 from the city of Daegu.
