A day after the wedding, we boarded an overnight flight from Philly to Paris. Sleep really doesn't happen in the air.

We arrived In CDG (Paris) on layover, just before sunup, in late November. I was sick, exhausted and frozen solid. We'd already been hassled by security and we still had a long layover, and flight, to look forward to. The Huz ran to find some hot breakfast, while I tried to sleep. I fidgeted uncomfortably in the airport-torture-chairs and was too paranoid about our bags to really doze completely. I finally "awoke" feeling even worse than I had to start with...and then I looked in front of me and saw this picture. It was worth it.
