Most people shoot Lands End but this is taken from the other side from a ship heading back north up the Pacific side of Cabo.
I’ve never been to any South American country before so when I got invited me to go, why not? I can not compare it to other popular vacation spots such as Acapulco and Cancun because I’ve never been there. However, I have a suspicion that it may be a little different because it is separated from mainland Mexico by the Sea of Cortez. Cabo is located at the very tip of Baja California. Our hotel was actually located at San Jose Del Cabo which is just a short drive east of Cabo San Lucas. I think it was a better choice to stay there as we got to see more of the area. Besides the wonderful warm sunshine, we also got to experience heavy thunder storms & flash flooding. That was exciting! Nothing major though but a VW bus did get caught in the flooding in the middle of the street. Too bad I didn’t take a picture of that scene.
