Jarra's has nuzzled its way into my list of favorite places to eat in Portland. They open at 4:30pm for dinner, the owner is the only waiter (so don't plan on making i a quick meal), but he's so friendly that the slow service doesn't even matter. Family owned and operated. Must try for anyone looking for a damn filling meal.
