Mission San Juan Capistrano was dedicated in 1776, and is one of the chain of missions established in California. You will find beautifully landscaped grounds, choked with flowers. The church is still in use by the community of San Juan Capistrano. In Mid-March, the swallows return to the Mission, causing great celebration throughout the mission as well as the surrounding area.
