Wandering Marrakesh on my first day in Morocco was an incredible sensory overload. Donkeys, kids running, old men leaving the mosque, women in veils on motorbikes - it was all there to be seen and dodged.

The shopping is incredible - colorful fabrics, glassware and food all begging you to take them home. Negotiation is the key - don't be afraid to walk away and know how much you are willing to spend ahead of time.
