    If you want to shop for souvenirs after midnight, dance 'til dawn in a rickety rooftop bar, sip çay or kahve in a cafe named after a famous photographer, play tavla over some Efes in an alleyway, or watch a promenade of youthful fashion, Beyoğlu is the place to be in Istanbul, a neighborhood that seemingly never sleeps.
