A hand-turned wheel consisting of old bicycle parts is the only modern adaptation to this ancient style of local pottery.
Using the same methods for generations, the families in this small village make beautiful pottery in traditional red and black glazes. All materials are found locally, made by hand into ceramics over the course of several weeks and sold in small shacks on the side of the road.
