On the roof of the 60 story building where I was working. I lured my acrophobic boss up to the roof with me, who watched in terror, witnessing my energetic shift from the safe vantage point along the railing, to the exposed perch that I knew would give me the most direct view down.
The hawker stalls, and central old world shopping district of Hong Kong. Wedged in the cracks between the modern sky rise towers, this small area is slowly being pushed out with construction of new buildings.
Soon, there will be photos in the lobby of these buildings as our only memory of chickens in cages, Adibas shoes, Gocci Bags, and fresh meat being cut to order by a man wearing only flip-flops, and a pair of blood soaked swim trunks.
