ghent is a historical neighborhood and shopping district on the west side of norfolk. be sure to visit the Hague, eat at Kelly's, shop at Le Marche, watch a great artsy flick at the Naro, get a limeade at Doumar's and just take in the architecture and culture of this very unique zip code.

Doumar's makes their own cones right out front. They had the first cone maker machine in the whole world!
