I hiked the Narrows in Zion.
It was a solo undertaking and at times it was a little frightening. The trail is actually a river, flanked by 100 foot walls. Though the chances were quite low that day, the risk of flash flood was always in the back of the mind. I had faith that the dry bag protecting my gear inside my backpack would not let me down (considering that swimming is mandatory in several sections).
Each turn revealed more fabulous sights....as well as another bend. I didn’t find the end of the trail that day.
