Millcreek Canyon, outside Salt Lake City, Utah is part of the Wasatch-Cache Nations Forest. It has local entrance and users must pay a daily use fee. You can also by an annual pass. This is worth the trip. It is several miles up to the trailhead but worth every minute of the trip. Twenty minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, the canyon hosts runners, bikers, campers and hikers. It is a treasure.
