Rancho Encantado is an eco-resort about 15 minutes from Chetumal, the capital of the state of Quintana Roo. It is located on the lapping shores of Laguna Bacalar in the unspoiled and untouched jungles of southwest Yucatan Pensinsula near the border with Belize.
