This sushi restaurant is a short walk from the famed Tsukiji market. While walking to the restaurant I could see people wheeling in fish recently purchased at the market. I was able to witness the sushi chefs pluck out a fish from a tank and fillet it on the counter, and present the fresh sashimi to a customer. Needless to say the sushi was fantastic! They have picture menus with English or Romaji (Japanese written in the Latin character set).
