Elvira's is a very bright and very colorful restaurant in Nogales, Mexico. The atmosphere is casual, and the food is wonderful. They serve Mexican and International dishes, and give a complimentary shot of tequila and chips and salsa, to everyone as they sit down! The Mexican Shrimp Cocktail is something everyone should order....so delicious!
