Next to the Palo Alto Duck Pond you will see a stand of palm trees that are the home of many nesting Snowy Egrets in the spring. You will also find great heons, night herons and other shore birds.
Every time we walk around the Bayshore Park the scene changes. The birds change with the tides. The grasses change colors. It is a great place to bird watch even if you are not a bird watcher. You can walk your dog on most of the paths.
