A Japanese woman sits and wonders along the Philosophers Path in Kyoto, Japan.
The Philosopher's Walk is a cherry-tree lined path located in Kyoto, Japan. It gets its name from Japanese philosopher Kitaro Nishida who used to walk the path to meditate. It happens to be one of Kyoto's most popular spot during cheery blossom season. The trees are usually in bloom in the beginning to mid April. I happen to get there in September, so I strongly suggest going during blossom season. I hear its an amazing view. Also this path has many temples and shrines along its path.
