About this place:

Pambiche offers delicious Cuban dishes, from appetizers, Cuban sandwiches and basic moros y cristianos (black beans cooked with rice), to the satisfying Plato Cubano (pork, beans, fried yucca and cabbage salad). But dinner is just the beginning. I really dine at Pambiche for the phenomenal desserts. Everything on the exotic, rotating dessert menu will be the best you've ever had. You can't beat the Aleman, the Pina Volteado or the Island Carrot Cake. Sip a mocha, with just the right hint of cinnamon and topped with real whipped cream and Ibarra shavings, between heavenly bites. The ambiance makes each visit particularly fun and festive, but in the end it's all about the cake!
