Moonfest is a three-day long (May 1 - 3) world music festival held on a hill in Lalla Takerkoust, Morocco, about a half-hour from the bustling city of Marrakech. Moonfest hosts a combination of acts-- from Flamenco and Jazz to Gnawa and Touareg, African and European, traditional and modern, in a gorgeous natural setting, overlooking rolling hills and a peaceful lake.
