Jackson is a quaint little town centrally located in Amador County. It has much to offer. Wine tasting, great restaurants, a casino, lakes, fishing, Indian Grinding Rock state park, daffodil hill, and much more. It is the heart of the Mother Lode. Gold can still be found in these hills. Some of the surrounding towns are Sutter Creek, Amador City, Dry Town, and Plymouth's Shenandoah Valley. The heart of wine tasting.
