Richmond is a growing suburb of Vancouver, and a home to a large Chinese community. Along No. 3 Road, you will find a number of malls catering to the Chinese immigrant community. You will find some great restaurants, shops selling pirated DVDs and unlocked cell phones.
Aberdeen Centre Mall is definitely the best of the lot! Mall was designed by local architect Bing Thom and is home to a number of high end, luxury goods stores, including a Ferrari/Maserati dealership. Visit the mall to shop at the best dollar store - Daiso, to have some of the best gelato at Mondo's or to have some wonderful sweets at Beard Papa's. This location of Beard Papa's is the only one in North America for now!
