You want the best ciabatta bread ever created? Head over to Nancy P's. Oh and by the way, the rest of their baked goods are out of this world too. Great drink menu with lots of different coffee and tea drinks (I reccommend the Zebra Mocha). Yummy sandwiches, cookies, and cakes. Friday nights they stay open late to serve delicious pizza pies. The atmosphere is everything you would want from a bakery. Warm inviting colors, hard wood floors, just enough seating and a great staff. There's outdoor seating in their garden surroundings. Plenty of bike racks too for the active community of Bend.
