Spectacular sunny afternoon, walking on the seawall, on the North side of Stanley Park.
Vancouver seawall is probably the most popular recreation "destination" of many Vancouverites. Main section of the seawall promenade circles around Stanley Park and is approximately 10km in length starting in Lost Lagoon on the West end of downtown and ending in English Bay. Over the last decade seawall has been extensively expanded, stretching along the south shore of the downtown peninsula, around False Creek into Kitsilano. You can walk all along the shore, without interruption for close to 5 hours. If you wish do cross the distance a bit faster, you can either bike or rollerblade on the seawall.
Bike rentals are available at the foot of Denman Street, near Robson Street. At different spots along the seawall, you can also jump on the Seabus and cross the False Creek on a small passenger ferry. This is definitely a thing to do on a sunny day in Vancouver!
