Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design is one of the best art education institutions in Canada. If you are strolling round Granville Island, do not miss their small but very interesting gallery located at the ground level of the North building. At the end of the school year, students exhibit their works in the lobby. If you find yourself there at the right time, make sure you check out the works of upcoming star artists!
