  As you step onto Siesta Key beach, the sugar-white sand instantly caress your tired feet. It is so soft, it feels like you walk on the cloud. "Ha! Ha! Ha!" you hear seagulls laugh in a distance. "Swoosh, Swoosh!" - the waves wash ashore one after another. You breathe in the salty air and your worries melt away. It is so good to be alive! So free! So good to live in the moment. You close your eyes and feel the sensations in your body. The warm sun softly touches your skin. The breeze keeps playing with your hair. You open your eyes and colors become even more brighter. The sand is even more whiter, and the turquoise water reflect deep blue sky. You go dip into the water to cool off, but the water is so warm. It feels so good. You get your hair wet. You lick your salty lips. The water is so clear, you see schools of fish pass you by. Then all of the sudden, you see huge pelicans dive for fish right near you. You admire their dive-bombing precision to catch their late lunch.

  You come out of the water. The soft breeze completely rejuvenates you. You feel like exclaiming, "World, here I come!" Nothing will stop you now. You feel completely energized.
