Bakesale Betty's greatest creation. A layering of perfect double battered buttermilk fried and perfectly tenderized chicken breast, with a simple slaw of cabbage, oil, jalepeno's and pickled onion on a perfect fresh roll.

Bakesale Betty (no 's) has the best sandwich i've ever eaten. The sandwich itself is a slightly spicy fried chicken breast on a sourdough roll with a halapeno cabbage slaw. It doesn't sound like much, but trust me, and everybody else in the huge line on saturdays, it's even better than it sounds. Betty's also has delicious baked goods like cookies, seasonal pies, banana bread and tasty scones for breakfast. The service is super friendly, usually with the owner in a blue wig behind the counter. If it's going to be a bit of a wait, you will often get free cookies or pie while you wait in line.
