About this place:
A 17,000 square foot laundry facility that has sat empty for years in Oklahoma City. Back in the day this was a commercial laundry that had huge city contracts like doing the wash for the prison. Now it's just a cool old building needing some new life & energy. NOT needing a wreckingball!!
