When visiting wine country outside of Santiago, Chile, we couldn’t resist a stroll up into the foothills of the Andes. As I was maneuvering for the perfect aerial vineyard photo, I happened to glance down at my feet to see a giant – I’m talking 4 or 5 inches across – ferocious, bug.
