All one must do is park a vehicle anywhere in San Francisco that the Department of Parking and Towing deems illegal, and then you will have a very good reason to visit this unwelcoming destination.

    Its either leaving Los Angeles, or running away to Palm Springs. Either way this is a site to see, windmills stretch for miles, providing many with a source of alternate energy.
