    The ancient 13th century rectangular tower which is part of the Old Palace (Palazzo Vecchio) was named after the architect who designed it, Arnolfo di Cambio. It contains two small cells and is 94 metres high.

    The monks welcome visitors every Sunday and prepare meals for them grown on their farm without the use of any chemicals.
