This belongs with the photo under sail, as it is one of the little coves we visited on our sailing trip off Mull and Iona. This is Balfour Bay on Erraid, a tiny island off south-west tip of Mull.
Tall grasses along the steep cliffs of Fort Rodney were blowing gently with the Caribbean breeze. There was a nice contrast between the dry, yellow grass, and the bright blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Portovenere (sometimes, in English, Porto Venere) is a small town located on the Ligurian coast of Italy in the province of La Spezia. It comprises the three villages of Fezzano, Le Grazie and Portovenere, and the three islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto.
The Avon Pavillion is a multi-faceted eatery located directly on the boardwalk in Avon-by-the-Sea, New Jersey. Open during the summer months (starting this year in May 2008), it offers a diverse menu, with service starting at 7:30 a.m.
Along the main entrance to Sandy Hook in New Jersey, is this sea wall. Its main function is to help prevent flooding of the area during storms.

Boccadasse is formerly now a quarter of the city of Genoa - but in fact is a fisher village, intact in its suggestive scape and atmosphere.
It's absolutely a spot to see while in town, one of the most enchanting corner of the city.
