When Great Adventure opened in 1974, it was all about being the biggest and the best. Today, as the park has become known for its roller coasters, it is only fitting that it has the tallest and fastest roller coaster in the world - Kingda Ka!
This is the down part of the track on Kingda Ka, the world's tallest and fastest roller coaster. Nothing quite like reaccelerating to 128 mph after reaching a peek of 456 feet.
