Catch of the day in Illullisat, Greenland.

  2. Greenlandic boat dock

Guess they just wait until Spring to take the boats out (town of Illulissat, Greenland).

  3. House in Rode Bay, Greenland

All the houses in Greenland are painted bright colors (probably to see them through all the snow and to keep from getting depressed in the winter).

This town only has a population of 50 people.

  4. Glacier Bay National Park

The scenic route through the fabled Inside Passage to Alaska leads to Glacier Bay National Park. Here you'll find a spectacular, unspoiled labyrinth of deep fjords and dramatic glaciers plunging into the ocean, ringed by snow-capped peaks reaching to 15,000 feet -- the highest coastal mountains in the world.
The nearest highway is hundreds of miles away; a cruise ship is the easiest way to see this unspolit wonderland.

  5. Sunrise at Bay Head

It's definitely worth getting up early to catch a sunrise while visiting the Point Pleasant Beach area. My favorite place to view a sunrise is at Osborn Avenue beach in Bay Head.

  6. halong bay karst sunset

in lieu of a glorious sunset that never came, our afternoon at halong bay became a time to witness the wondrous sight of karsts silhouettes against the fading light.

  7. halong bay blues

the beautiful layers of karsts along halong bay become a canvas of amazing hues of blues as the junks make a run for halong port. the harsh sunlight make the capture seem more like a painting than a picture.

  8. halong junks after the rains

right after the rains have stopped, the grey skies start to brighten up along halong bay. while the skies aren't the greatest, the somber but brightening mood brings cheers to everyone aboard the junks littering the bay.
