   It's one of those moments when you look at a location and then are just not sure what you need to do to capture all it's beauty. Dramatic clouds, a clear, pristine lake and a bunch of clear cut trees and random wood debris littering the beach.

   Chicago Lighthouse

   Sitting majestically at the mouth of the entrance of Navy Pier, this lighthouse sits on Lake Michigan, guiding boats and sailors safely into Chicago's shore. In order to get to the Chicago River from Lake Michigan, you must pass this lighthouse.

   Toward the end of summer 2007, the sun set over Lake Como, a little body of water on the border of Spring Lake and Lake Como adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean on the Jersey Shore.

   Out to the Lake

   The Agate Bay harbor breakwater extends several hundred meters into Lake Superior in Two Harbors, MN and provides one of the most dramatic and accessible views to be had of Lake Superior along Minnesota's "North Shore". An especially thrilling experience is to boldly walk out during the beginnings of a storm and to experience the power of the lake first hand.

   Across from the Boardwalk in Spring Lake is the last of three grand hotels from a bygone era. While the Monmouth Hotel and Warren Hotel fell to the wrecking ball, the Essex and Sussex stands tall and proud.

    Tempe Town Lake

    Town Lake is a man made lake in the Salt River bed. That had been dried out from the water being diverted to two main canals at the Granite Reef Diversion Dam.
