   Still Chomping

   Stewart's Petrified Wood
   Holbrook, AZ
   Directions: I-40 exit 303, northeast side. 13 Miles East of Holbrook, Arizona.
   
   Almost on cue as the senses become spoiled "Stewarts Petrified Wood" comes into view.

   Ludlow Cafe

   We stopped here on our way through Ludlow, a mostly abandoned town at the crossroads of old Route 66.

   Meteor Crater

   The impact crater from the Barringer meteor.

   Cadillac Ranch

   Located on Old Route 66 in Stanley Marsh III's wheat field was built in 1974. Marsh and The Ant Farm, a San Francisco art collective, assembled used Cadillacs representing the "Golden Age" of American Automobiles.

   Beirut --> Paris.

   Flying home to Los Angeles from traveling/visiting family in Beirut, Lebanon.
   
   We left Beirut (for CDG Paris) on a redeye MEA flight...this was the sunrise midair. The engine (foreground) has a red cast from the plane's red night-lights, still visible since the sun had not risen fully.
