    A casual stroll down Spring,Prince, or Greene streets, will offer a bevy of vendors hawking everything from original photographics prints to full out oil paintings.

    Who knows, perhaps the next Picasso is just around the corner.

    Ian Schragers' new luxury condominium in the heart of Noho. It was designed by the swiss team of Herzog & de Meuron, who created the new Tate modern in London.

    The coke bottle greeen cast glass used in the construction, is breathtaking to look at.
