Ronda is a city in the Spanish province of Malaga. It is located about 100 km from the city of Malaga, within the autonomous community of Andalucia.

Built in 1785, the Plaza de Toros found in Ronda is one of the oldest operational bullrings in Spain. The arena has a diameter of 66 metres, surrounded by a passage formed by two rings of stone.
They've been making sherry at Gonzalez y Byass winery, at Jerez, Spain in the heart of Andalusia, since the 1830's. So they obviously know from sherry.
